• All prices on the website have been fixed, but we add service charges, and it depends on which service you are using.
• The system does not generate our invoices; a person creates the invoice and sends you on your email/mobile address.
• A mistake in any invoice is a human mistake; if you found any error, let us know by sending an email to our email address; our person will fix the error (if you have).
• We can terminate our service at any time, but we send an email/message to your project manager OR a person(who represents your company) before doing this.
• We will transfer all stuff (website/domain, etc.) at your request if you have cleared all invoices.
• We never share credentials for your Cpanel and other main stuff to your employee without your permission; if you need the credentials to send us the email to our email address info@digitalswot.com.
• We share your logo on your website as a portfolio; if you have any issues with your company logo, please let us know; we remove our logo on your website.
• We always communicate via email, and we are not responsible for delivering everything on Phone Calls/Messages.
• If a person left your company/organization and his/her number/email registered in our communication department, tell us as soon as possible, so we terminate the communication with him/her.
• We add/update our terms and condition and privacy policy at any time.
